AABA CPA Limited (“the Accounting Firm”) was established in 2023. AABA CPA Limited is a professional accounting firm registered in Hong Kong. We are currently led by two senior partners and about 30 professionals. service team. Our accounting firm was founded by two senior partners, Aston Wong and Allan Leung, based on the establishment and reorganization of our predecessor, Aston Wong Accounting Firm. Wong Tat Keung, Aston, CPA:
Managing Director and Senior Partner, with more than 25 years of experience in auditing and accounting, the person in charge of audit services for this project and the signing accountant of the audit report.
Mr. Wong has over 25 years of experience in auditing, taxation, accounting and business consulting.
From 2010 to 2020, he served as the managing director of Aston Wong CPA Limited and since 2021 From 2022 to 2022, he served as the proprietor of Aston CPA and Associates.
Mr. Wong has also served or currently serves as an independent non-executive director of a number of listed companies in Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States.
Mr. Wong is currently a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Mr. Wong holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Services from the University of Greenwich.
Leung Wah, Allan, CPA:
Senior partner, with more than 30 years of experience in auditing and taxation, focusing on audit risk management and tax compliance, and the person in charge of tax services for this project.
Graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1987, majoring in Mathematics and holding a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.).
Mr. Leung Wah worked for the Hong Kong and Shanghai branches of two international Big Four accounting firms for about nine years (reaching the manager level before leaving). He also worked for many companies in He handles listing work around the world and is responsible for the annual reviews of many listed companies (including Hong Kong, China, Australia, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom). He is familiar with the requirements of securities regulatory agencies in various places and has extensive experience in negotiating with securities regulatory agencies.
